Audio description is a narration that tells blind viewers what is happening on screen. Normally it is squeezed into the quiet gaps in the dialogue (that is the AA rule, 1.2.5). But some videos talk almost non-stop, leaving no room. This AAA rule lets you pause the video to slot in a longer description, then continue.
It is a niche case: a fast-talking, visually busy video with no natural gaps. Most store videos never hit it.
